We are often asked what is our favorite wine? It isn't about our favorite wine, it is about your palate, and what your palate finds appealing. Our friendly, down to earth, local family will help you to find a wine or wines that your palate enjoys sipping by the fire.

Served on tap, our draft hard ciders are fermented dry in our onsite production room. They are back-sweetened a bit offering a crisp and refreshing beverage, chilled to 36°, and available in our tasting room only. We typically have 8 draft hard ciders on tap available each weekend for tasting.
